The medina in Fes, Morocco is best known for its numerous craft workers and its bustling, serpentine thoroughfares. But I’m drawn to the alleyways, where a private, intimate, more authentic side of Fes blossoms:


And a story is told. This space belongs to everyone. Children can wander freely (and safely). People go about their lives, together, in unison:
